About fairgocasino.mobi and how we work
We're a small, independent guide to playing Fair Go Casino on a phone. Here's who we are, how we check what we publish and how we get paid.
Who we are
fairgocasino.mobi is an independent affiliate guide for Australian players who gamble on their phones. We're not Fair Go Casino and we're not operated by it. We can't see your account, balance or withdrawals, and we can't reset a password or approve a bonus. For anything to do with your account, Fair Go's own support is the place to go.
Our focus is narrow on purpose: getting Fair Go working on a phone, logging in safely, understanding offers before you claim them, and keeping gambling in its box.
Our methodology
- One facts register. Every bonus figure, limit, code and claim about Fair Go on this site comes from a shared register, and each entry carries a source link and a check date. Change an entry once and every page that uses it updates on the next build.
- Primary sources. We read Fair Go's own promotions, banking, terms and FAQ pages. For the law, we go to ACMA and Australian legislation.
- Claims are labelled. When only Fair Go says something, such as its game count or 24/7 support, we call it an operator claim. When we can't confirm something, such as a licence, we say that plainly.
- Phone steps from the platforms. Device instructions follow how Apple and Google describe their own menus, kept general because menus move between versions.
- Verified
- Published on a primary source we checked, such as Fair Go's terms or banking page. It means "Fair Go publishes this", not "we tested it".
- Operator claim
- Only Fair Go says it, and it's something we can't confirm from outside, like support hours or game counts.
- Not verified
- We looked and couldn't confirm it. Licence details and the operating company sit here.
- Conflicting sources
- Two sources disagree, so we show both rather than pick one.
What we never publish
- Star ratings, scores or "best casino" badges of our own.
- Fake reviews, testimonials, winner feeds, player counts, jackpot tickers or countdown timers.
- Stories about deposits or wins we didn't make.
- A licence stated as fact. Fair Go says it is licensed but names no regulator or licence number we could check.
- Tips for getting around an ACMA block or a limit you've set.
About the artwork
Fair Go's logo, promotion art and game art belong to Fair Go Casino. We show them to illustrate its offers as an affiliate, and the "Independent guide" label sits next to the logo on every page so it's clear this isn't Fair Go's own site. The phone and browser drawings in our guides are simple diagrams we made, not screenshots.
Corrections and contact
Spotted something out of date? Email hello@fairgocasino.mobi with the page and the change. We read every message but cannot help with casino accounts. When we fix a fact, its check date updates everywhere it appears.
How we make money
We earn a commission when someone joins Fair Go through our links, which is why the gold buttons on this site lead to Fair Go. That money doesn't change our facts, labels or warnings. The full detail is in our affiliate disclosure.
